Within 48-120 Hours of Delivery: Refund requests made between 48 to 120 hours after delivery are eligible for a 33% refund, subject to a 10% handling fee.
Beyond 120 Hours: Unfortunately, refunds cannot be issued after 120 hours from the anticipated design delivery. We encourage you to reach out if you have concerns—your satisfaction is our priority!
